- There is a handwritten note found on the back of a mortuary card for the death of Alexandre Demers on 15 May 1934 addressed "à Misael Allard" implying that Misaël was alive at the time, but no idea where. He would have been 71 years of age.

- Marriage occurred in St Columbkille mission in Pembroke, ON, home parish of Angelique's family, but the act was recorded in the parish register of St-Alphonsus-Liguori church across river in Chapeau, QC. St Columbkille register began in 1856.
October the fourteenth one thousand eight hundred and fifty, after the banns of marriage have been thrice called, at the prone of the mass of this mission, between George Allard son of Abraham Allard and Martha Lapierre, of the one part and Angêlique Gauthier of this mission, minor daughter of Michel Gauthier and of Angelique Timonier, of the other part; no impediment having been discovered, we the undersigned priest of this mission, have received their mutual consent of marriage and have given them the nuptial benediction at St. Columkill, Pembroke, in presence of Abraham Gauthier, father of the bride and Anne Lauzon who have not signed.
