Dans ta grande humilité, même si tu ne voulais pas donner de leçons de vie, au fil des jours, dans la sérénité, dans ton amour des autres et de la vie, dans ta grande générosité, tu nous as tellement appris !»
Nous, Thérèse Blanchette ton épouse, Andrée (Gilbert Forgues), Gilles (Nicole Descarreaux), Pierre (Lise Savard), Claire (Alain Bégnoche), Hélène (Michel Proulx), Denyse (Jean Bérubé), tes petits-enfants et arrière-petits-enfants ainsi que tes frères et sœurs, beaux-frères et belles-sœurs et de nombreux amis, te di-sons que tu as grandement habité nos vies et qu'à jamais nous t'aimons !
Grand et grand merci aux Dr Gaétan Bouchard (cardiologue), Dr Michel Robitaille et Dr Richard Drouin, à l'infirmier Donald Bradet du CLSC Orléans, au personnel en cardiologie de l' hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus pour leur dévouement inlassable et la qualité des soins dont Phonse a bénéficié. Votre présence et vos soins lui ont offert une vie de qualité. Mille mercis !
