Dans la sérénité et entourée des siens, au CHUS Hôtel-Dieu, le 27 juin 2012, à l'âge de 57 ans, est décédée madame Nicole Fortin, conjointe de M. Denis Allard et fille de feu Léo-Paul Fortin et de feu Marie-Berthe Giguère, demeurant à Beaulac-Garthby. La famille vous accueillera au salon de la Coopérative funéraire de l'Estrie (234, rue St-Janvier, Weedon), le samedi 30 juin 2012 de 9 h à 11 h 30. Suivra à 11 h 30 au salon, une cérémonie d'adieu. Outre son conjoint Denis, madame Fortin laisse dans le deuil: ses filles Valérie (Frédérick), Isabelle (Pascal), ainsi que le fils de son conjoint, Stéphane (Vanessa); elle était la mère de feu Tommy. Elle laisse également ses petits-enfants, Jacob, Aleksi, Maude, Daphnée, Yohan, Brendon et Samuel; ses frères et soeurs, beaux-frères et belles-soeurs Monique (feu Jacques), Roger (Diane), Michel (Ginette), Sylvain (Carole) et Sylvie Allard (Richard), ainsi que ses beaux-parents Estelle Lemieux-Allard et Lucien Allard (Lucille); elle était la soeur de feu Jean, feu Louis et feu François. Elle laisse aussi dans le deuil plusieurs neveux, nièces, cousins, cousines, ses autres parents et de nombreux amis. La famille tient à remercier tout le personnel du CHUS Hôtel-Dieu des soins palliatifs, pour les excellents soins donnés à madame Fortin. En guise de sympathie, des dons à la Fondation du CHUS Soins Palliatifs ou à la Société canadienne du Cancer, seraient grandement appréciés de la famille.

«i»In serenity and surrounded by her family, Mrs. Nicole Fortin, passed away at the CHUS Hôtel-Dieu, on June 27, 2012, at the age of 57, spouse of Mr. Denis Allard and daughter of the late Léo-Paul Fortin and the late Marie-Berthe Giguère, residing in Beaulac-Garthby. The family will receive you at the parlor of the l'Estrie Funeral Cooperative(234 rue St-Janvier, Weedon), on Saturday, June 30, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. A funeral ceremony will follow at 11:30 a.m. a farewell ceremony. Besides her spouse Denis, Ms. Fortin leaves to mourn: her daughters Valérie (Frédérick), Isabelle (Pascal), as well as the son of her spouse, Stéphane (Vanessa); she was the mother of the late Tommy. She also leaves her grandchildren, Jacob, Aleksi, Maude, Daphnée, Yohan, Brendon and Samuel; her brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Monique (late Jacques), Roger (Diane), Michel (Ginette), Sylvain (Carole) and Sylvie Allard (Richard), as well as her parents-in-law Estelle Lemieux-Allard and Lucien Allard (Lucille). She was the sister of the late Jean, the late Louis and the late François. She also leaves to mourn several nephews, nieces, cousins, her other relatives and many friends. The family would like to thank all the staff at the CHUS Hôtel-Dieu for palliative care, for the excellent care given to Ms. Fortin. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the CHUS Palliative Care Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
